Guzman towing saved the day! Not only were they able to get to me in less than half an hour (during rush hour), they were able to get my very dead battery up and going again so I could get home. Also just as an note, I was in a garage with a 6 ft clearance, and their truck was the only one I could find that was 6ft or less that could get to me. I hope I never need to use them again, but Guzman towing will be my first call the next time I'm stranded

My overall experience with the representative, Eric, was outstanding. He was very professional, courteous and above all else, really knew what he was doing. I’d called for assistance earlier only to be told that nothing could be done and that I’d have to get a new battery etc. However, when Eric showed up he assured me that he thought he could resolve the issue and did so incredibly fast and efficiently. I was with my flat tire down 95 going towards baltimore, so i called my boy Kevin and told him about it. My car is low so what he did was told me not to worry that he got it, so he came through with some wooden blocks and got my car up in his tow truck without any broken parts, scratched paint, ETC;!!!! MONEY WELL SPENT and highly reccomend GUZMAN TOWING
When my car broke down, AAA sent a tow truck from Guzman Towing for Roadside Assistance. The driver Eric was incredibly kind and helpful, which I really appreciated!
Very friendly, helpful and on time. Had an issue with ignition not on and inability to put car into neutral but they resolved it quickly with another truck and tried their best to get my car to the repair shop quickly. Wouldn’t normally write a review but the experience was surprisingly very very good and totally unheard of for a towing company. Highly recommend!

We really lucked out! AAA sent Guzman Towing! The driver was exceptionally efficient, helpful, and polite. He helped us into the truck; we're both 80+. We have a one lane driveway. He moved the working car out, backed the wrecked car in, and then put the working car back in front of the broken car so we can use it. That saved us a lot of time and effort. We truly appreciate his kindness and expertise.
I locked myself out in the parking lot of ALDI IN Gaithersburg. A Samaritan came to my rescue and called Guzman Towing for me. Julio from Guzman Towing arrived as schedule and did an excellent job to unlock my car in seconds. I can not thank them enough for helping me out in this cold and dreary day.
